Grillin'

The Summer heat, with little rain in the near term forecast has settled in....with no games on the agenda until the weekend, I have time on my hands...and yesterday I grilled up enough meat on the old grill for the rest of the week....

The kids got me a new gas grill for Father's Day shortly after we moved into town...that was some 16 years ago, and I'm guessing 1996 or 97, they and Patricia went to Lowe's in Lima and picked up a Sunbeam Grill....it worked well for a few years, despite one accident where Jack Drambuie the Airedale, knocked it over, breaking a few parts, which were repaired.   A handful of years ago, the grill was showing it's age, so I improvised and turned the Gas Grill, into a Charcoal Grill...and it has worked well in that form.

Frankly I could get a new grill, but this old converted one, seems to be cooking up some of my best work in years....yesterday was no exception.  Patricia had picked up smoke Pork Chops, Brats, a couple of quality steaks, and chicken breasts.  Over a 2 hours period, I would cook them all over the open Charcoal, and they came out, in my opinion, excellent....the photos attached in today's blog post, at least give you a view.

Not much else going on, except to catch the murdering bitch, Casey Anthony, get her sentence this morning...after a jury of 12 clueless morons, let her skate.  The judge, if he let's her out, should make her go through the front door...without police protection.  Then maybe this puke would know the fear her daughter went through as she was murdered..

Update....It appears the Judge gave the bitch the maximum, and she will spend more time in Jail...poor Geraldo, Hannity, and Judge Napalitano....the Casey Supporters will now have something else to whine about on Fox.

A bit of justice, not much, but some, is served...and now the release date is known...6 days, July 13, 2011...there is indeed no justice for the innocent victims, when it comes to child murdering scum like Casey Anthony....at least not in our legal system.

Haitian Relief Fraud/Post Doctor Visit

Looking outside at this Noon Hour, the sunshine is gone, replaced by gray skies and fog. The temperatures remain a little above normal for now. Can't complain, we could be in the World's Worst Place, Haiti.

50,000 or more are dead, bodies rotting in the streets, and the UN and Obama have their hands out to help....I wouldn't have a problem with that, if not for the utter corruption of the rogue government on that Island...by-the-way, Haiti is near destruction, while the other half of the Island, The Dominican Republic, is doing famously...same Island, same Earthquake, so why the problems are only in Haiti? The answers are pretty simple, but the solutions are not.

Fraud is rampant...spend your hard earned cash wisely. My advice for what's it worth or not...don't sent money to either scam artists...The US or the Haitian Governments, both are run by cowards and crooks. Meanwhile the innocent folks in that world shithole called Haiti, are in a living Hell:

There are no easy answers, but my opinion is a total overthrow of the Voodoo Government on Haiti, and the jailing or execution of the so-called leaders...then let the food, water, and goods go pouring in. Just keep the Obama Administration and the Haitian Criminals the Hell out of the way.

The Post Doctor Visit____

After my visit to Doc Bergman's on Wednesday, I got the call from the office yesterday afternoon...pretty good news all the way around. Blood Pressure-Down! Weight-Down! and yesterday my Blood Sugar Hemoglobin was down from 7.0 to 6.3 since September. They say 6.0 is good and 5.5 is where all would like to be....so to drop by this much since Labor Day, it is indeed a sign{along with the BP and Weight} that I am on the right track...at least for now.

Tonight I head for Lima Central Catholic{same as last Friday} for a JV game between LCC and Ada, tomorrow it's back to Waynesfield for another JV Boys contest in Auglaize County, against the same Ada Bulldog team.

That will wrap it up for this short visit...enjoy the weekend, back later>>>>

Photos-The Relief efforts are going badly, and with the 72 window approaching, it probably is going to get worse...If our smug assed/half assed President wants to help, send in the Marines to control the dump, and keep his sorry hands off.

Agawa Canyon/Algoma Railroad

10:30AM

The cool down to fall has hit...never got much past 55 yesterday with a little rain, and clouds throughout the day. My back is still a problem, will see how it holds up tonight for the local 8th grade game vs Lima Bath....54 and rain is the forecast, not great back weather.

I see our President is trying to undo the Constitution by supporting the rights of this convicted scum in Texas.....if you have not seen this story, it will make your blood boil, and GW is intent on selling us down the river to International Law, and the Mexican Government....as a right wing type, I have no faith in either two political parties, have not had for years.....I have a bad feeling that big trouble is just around the corner.

Here is the story of the 1993 horrific murders, rape, and more, of two teen girls in Texas. Then try to figure out why Bush is going to bat for this pervert and for International Law over our own Constitution.

I have stated, I don't want to get overly political on this site, but some things piss you off enough you have no choice.

____________Back when I was Program Director at a local radio station, I was sent packing with a group of senior citizens for a 3 day bus and train trip through Michigan and into Canada. Those seniors were for the most part were about my age today...it was a fun trip, but we took it the second week of October in 1982, and the fall foliage had seen it's best days.....we however had good accommodations, good food, and an interesting 3 day trip. I suggest you make the trip in late September, rather than October.....foliage is probably better for photos.

Well Hell, it's been 5 months, so figured I'd let myself and anybody that may stop by these days, that I was still alive and kicki...
