Hereos of the Right Posters

Don't do a lot of politics on here these days, only because I usually reserve that for the pages of twitter and even more so Facebook now....but make no mistake I still lean hard right and hard right Christian.....

With that I received a request to post this web site on my site this morning....checked it out, and if you are into Heroes of the Right Wing....here is someplace you might like to visit:

Change of {Baseball} Season!

My Spring Baseball Season ended this year in the District at Elida, working the 3 game set in Division 4, including the last one, a Patrick Henry 11-0 win over Columbus Grove, behind the plate....on to ACME and a few Summer American Legion Games...this shot is from the District Semi Final, where Grove depleted their pitching staff in a hard fought 4-3 11 inning win over Putnam County rival, Miller City...working 1st base in the 3 man crew, with Jim Runneals{left} and Garry Mosier{right}:

Riding Mercer County

Finally getting some riding weather and time.....the past two days about 80 miles on the bike in various parts of Mercer County....more to come:

Photos 1 and 2 my old High School Stomping grounds at Windy Point of the South Side of Grand Lake:  Photo #3 is our old place where the kids grew up...we lived here from 1980 until the Fall of 1990...sadly this set of owners didn't do the place justice and it appears they let it go back to the banks.  Photos 4 and 5, a couple of classic Cemeteries The Palmer Cemetery{spelled wrong on the arch??? from 1885 near the St. Marys River, and the old Long Cemetery on Harrison Road south of Montezuma.

More to come!

Finally getting some ride time and riding weather, and have been around parts of Mercer County....more to go, but at least I have a start:

The Real "Hoot Gibson" and all of his Political Warts

Damn...been a couple of weeks since I posted last....these long stretches are getting to be the norm rather than the exception....but having told my life story over the first 4 or 5 years of this blog, it has come down to when I have the time and something to show whether via photo or story...the last couple of weeks have seen much baseball{weather still sucks but getting games in} and a game at Tin Caps Stadium, and the celebration with 50 friends and family members of Mom's 90th Birthday, which she also celebrated back when it happened in April, down in Naples, Florida, with youngest sister, one of the Nieces, and several others...photos and a story or 2 on those events as I get time this week.

Done with baseball's regular Spring Season, I have 3 District Games with 2 of my main partners, Garry and Jim, this Wednesday and Friday at Elida, near Lima....at least we know  how each other work games, and we all like to drink good beer, which we will following each days contests....more on that later in the week as well.

This post is for ANYBODY, especially the left leaning piss and moaners over in one of my Dual Sport Motorcycle sites....down to 3 or 4 these days because I finally baited the asshole left wing Moderators over on ADVrider into finally giving me the boot....what a group of gutless assholes...most don't ride and have never ridden, at least those in charge of the Basement and the Banning of Honest Debaters....Good Riddance!

This is for the knuckleheads over in the other site that is dedicated to those riding the tw200...it is a great forum, run by great people....but like everyplace else on the "net" you have some that just can't take opinions or debate, that doesn't agree with there perverted or wrong head political views.

So here goes guys!

Hoot Gibson as he Views Politics and Debate:

It's pretty simple really....anybody with more brains than your average Soccer Mom knows my views or should after reading the early days of this blog, back in the 2007 through 2012 years.

Far Right, but leaning Libertarian at times....Hate Obama, his wife, the Klintons, Hairy Weed, Nanny State Pelosi, and those in DC and the various state houses that think like them.  Have little or no use for John Boehner or Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and their Ilk....these RINOs are no better than their Democrat buddies...probably worse, at least you know the Gawd Damn Democrats are Marxists and want to destroy this Republic.

Illegals=short and sweet...Get the fuck out!  No Obama Care, no Welfare, No Jobs....just go back to your shithole, wherever it is, and get in line.

Queer Marriage=I don't give shit what your do....get a piece of paper, call yourselves Butch and Lance, Sheila and Rosie, and say you are hitched....but don't tell me I have to accept your perversion, I don't give rat's ass...live your life, I'll live mine...do what you please, it's none of my business....God can sort you out when that time comes, he sure will the rest of us sinners.

Islamics=Keep killing yourselves off...but do it in that shithole called the Middle East....don't bring your non-bathing selves over here...I know the idiots in Cana~duh welcome you with open arms...go there, stink up their frozen wasteland.  We don't want your fucking Oil, and your Child Molesting selves.

Taxes=Hint!  You fucking left wingers want more taxes, then give more to the Nanny State, the rest of us pay enough....

Single Mom's= Let's say 2 is enough...then your ass gets fixed, free of charge by the Federal Government....we will pay for that, but 2 on Welfare is it....NO MORE FOOD STAMPS for YOU!  Same goes for those bastards you're are sleeping with....unmarried non child supporter Daddy Boys...you get fixed, or castrated...either way works.

First Amendment=Say what you think and believe and I promise I will challenge you on your lies, but please feel free to say any stupid thing you want...and for you fucking colleges, especially those that receive tax money....you better Gawd Damn let the Conservatives have a voice, since you let the Marxists and stinking, Goat Fornicating, Islamics run your universities.

Second Amendment=No Restrictions on Guns, unless you are a anti American Islamic or Marxist piece of trash....Conceal and Carry Laws are a joke!  Just another way for the Obama Jack Boots to know who is carrying and licensed....handguns should be treated like Shotguns, same goes for Semi-Automatic Rifles....Leave us the Hell alone, and chase the bad guys.

Bureaucrats=was one for 20 years....we could cut 75% of them and not miss a beat...sure the unemployment would go up, but what the Hell?  Free Markets could take over.

Wall Street=Drop Dead!

Military=Bring back the draft...no open fags{Hell we had them and knew who they were, but they nor we gave a shit} go back to the old days....No Women in Combat{or my old Security Police Barracks}...behind the lines only

and Abortion?  You might not want to go there....that is the most evil, foul, use of God's Children there is...any fucking Doctor or Government Toadie that sanctions this should have a  bullet put between their eyes....the lowest of the low, and there is no argument with me on the subject.

Did I miss anything?  If so, drop me a line and headline it  :"Hoot's Don't Give a Fuck List"

Back later with the highlights of the past couple weeks:

May Arrives, the Weather Still Sucks!

Spring in Ohio is always interesting and frankly, weather~wise it usually stinks!  This year being no exception...after a brutally cold and snow filled winter, Spring is crawling along slowly, giving us plenty to bitch about.  Yesterday was about 50 and windy when Garry and I arrived in Blue Creek Township in Paulding County to umpire a league game between ranked Sherwood Fairview and the host Wayne Trace Raiders....wind blown like it always is in the Scott/Haviland area....2+ hours later the 14-1 Fairview win in the wind was over and we headed home....

Next week one of my scheduled contests is at the Class A Fort Wayne Tin Caps park in Indiana...Wayne Trace along with Antwerp, both out of Ohio will be the opponents....I worked those two teams last weekend, and it was a well fought 6-4win for WT at home....

The City Park at Fort Wayne is just a few years ago as when the Fort Wayne Wizards moved into the new park, they took the name Tin Caps....it is a beautiful facility.  Last week there was a humorous "Rain Delay" at the park:

Fort Wayne got clobbered, so it seems, this might have been the biggest entertainment of the evening.

I'll be there for a 4:30 start next Thursday, weather permitting....

Rain, Rain, and more....Looking back at the Mushroom Hunt 2011

Rained all day yesterday and most of the night....was rained out of a league game at Delphos Jefferson yesterday....still, even with the crappy weather, I have managed to get 20 our of 26 regular season games in so far.  Tonight a WBL game combined with another ALS{Lou Gerig} Fund Raiser is slated for Elida at Lima Shawnee....with a 50% chance of rain by game time(6pm) and 90% later, I am not confident about getting this one in either...same for the rest of the week.  Rain and then much colder than normal for the rest of the week.

Mom returned from Florida along with brother Mike on Sunday....just in time to enjoy Ohio Spring Weather.....well maybe, not so much!

May beckons....and with it, another look back at the Mushroom Hunts from the past...this one from 2011 where I met face to face with a nasty looking snake near Boyne, Michigan:

New Computer finally in....

After Several Days of using the wife's Lap Top, our new one was installed...Don't ask me much about it, because I really don't have a clue...just know it's a hell of a lot faster and easier to deal with than the old antique.

Here is what it looks like:

Out of the Past..............

28 degrees this morning, telling us that the later days of April, do not mean the end of cold weather...

This week is the one week of Baseball Season where I do some extensive travel...after working Monday at Wayne Trace{Haviland} 35 miles each way on Monday, last night I drove to Hicksville, round trip 125 miles..tonight it is a short one, somewhat, 30 each way, then Thursday it 140 miles round trip to Edgerton, far north near the Indiana and not far from Michigan...Friday it's a Night Game at Kalida(50 miles each way} the historic stadium will see a ALS{Lou Gerig} Fundraiser, and I will finish the week out with a day long Triple Header back at Wayne Trace....good money, but lots of time and miles on the Nitro....

Over the past year, this blog has been less active...frankly, although I still enjoy it, I had written on my life's journies for the first five years...since then, my political rants have been mostly seen on my facebook pages...and less so here.  You are welcome to stop by and 'friend me" if you are a Right Wing Political type....if not, you can stop by, but you won't likely enjoy what you read...anyway the plan here is to lace this blog with some of the stories/blogs past.

So here goes...with Mushroom Season in Michigan nearing up north, I have made that trek on several occasions with Rick Pearson, his sons, Clay and Guy, and Clint Thompson, on several occasions....one of the best was the one back in 2011, and I wrote about it back then:

The Great Michigan Mushoom Hunt 2011

Got our game in at Delphos Jefferson yesterday, sunny and pleasant...only the 4th time I've worn a short sleeve shirt in over 30 games umpired this season. I did the plate(as usual) as Jefferson came from behind to defeat visiting Kenton 3-2. Tonight, if the rain/storms hold off, I will be over at Elida for a game between the Bulldogs and Paulding Panthers. Tomorrow afternoon off to Bellefontaine for a game before the Michigan trip....some make-up league games scheduled when I get back. No Regional or State game this year, marking the first time in the past 3 years I have not been involved past District level. That's OK...I just wish they would give some younger guys, who are worthy, some Regional and State games, instead of some of these recycled old farts my age...who can neither see or move well enough to work a high level. The politics has been old for years, and it just doesn't change...if being honest, causes me to get clipped out of future final weekend games, so be it. The truth is the truth, and the state powers that be, wonder why younger officials and umpires drop out or move onto college officiating?....it's called the "Good Ol' Boy" system, and it is stinks...being around a long time doesn't make you worthy or qualified to do a Regional or State Final. It shouldn't disqualify you either...if you keep yourself in good shape, and actually move around the diamond to get into position to make a correct call.... but enough of that rant!

Michigan Mushroom Hunting____

Thursday morning Rick, his sons, Clay and Guy, and our old college buddy Clint, take off for Michigan...Boyne City is the location, and the annual Mushroom hunt and Boyne City Mushroom Festival are on the agenda....we should return Sunday or Monday.....

I have missed the last two trips, because of District Baseball...this year I blocked out this weekend and days leading to it...plus we are leaving about a week or 10 days earlier...hopeful of some better luck. 2007 and 2008 were great, when we camped in Mesick, the past 2 years have been dry, and we have now moved the camp some 35 miles north. The weather looks wet, but seasonable for upper lower Michigan in mid-May....will have photos and details/results when I return. I also will finally get to meet my cousin Moe Houseworth in person, if all goes well...Moe, who I met through Genealogy Research, lives not far from Boyne City, and will be there for the weekend festival...so we plan on a little "family reunion"....

Yesterday, after our MRSI Board Meeting, I finally got out and planted a number of Sunflower and other seeds....with the wet weather and the cold, I held off, but the results, hopefully we equal the past two season...or perhaps be even better....time will tell.

Chores to take care of....one more blog post tomorrow before I head north...

back later>>>>

Photos-Michigan Morel Mushrooms...and Rick, Clint, and PRH, on our last hunt that all 3 of us attended, 2008 near Mesick...now being 30 pound less, maybe I can outrun the younger guys in finding the elusive Morels....maybe?

Thanks for dropping by Ron...hey, we usually figure out by the time we pay for gas, beer, cigars, and assorted fun...it costs about $25 per Morel :0

But we still enjoy it!!
