Frosty Morning

Couldn't sleep all that well, the back just would not cooperate...got up at 6:30 and watched Patricia head to her St Henry teaching job...thought, hey, the sunrise over the lake should look good this morning....then I looked...33 degrees, frost covering both the Jeep and Intrepid.....nope not this morning, would take to long to defrost one of them and by that time the sun would be up over Grand Lake....so I stuck the Sony out the landing window and this is it......the frosted up basketball backboard, the elevator, and the ghostly Intrepid in the coming daybreak.........

Try Excedrin PM. They're for pain and you take them at night. Sometimes my knees keep me from sleeping and these pills fix me right up. They are over the counter and not habit forming.

Thanks Hermit...the IBpro is ok for headaches etc, but doens't do the trick for nightime backache.
