Holy crap, this is my congressman due to Gerrymandering of a congressional district by Florida Democrats. My congressional district is 23, http://www.govtrack.us/congress/findyourreps.xpd?state=FL&district=23
It covers all of the farming areas around the lake and costal areas that are heavily black.
